Upon receipt of your order form, we will reply within 48 hours with the total price of your order including shipping and handling fees. It is the best way to maintain the lowest total price to you.

Handling Charge
Our handling charge includes the following services below:
- We register and place the order to Paw Palace Online.
- We receive the items and inspect your merchandise.
- We will repackage if it is necessary for international shipping.
- We prepare all necessary customs documents.
- We advance pay all U.S. domestic shipping charges from Paw Palace to Are U Shopping.

Shipping
We ship by USPS and UPS (No FedEx):

Shipping Fees include but not limited to:

- Actual shipping cost by the carrier.

- Prepare and obtain estimated shipping costs from the carrier, such as calculating weight and dimensions, and providing carrier with such information.  (Weight is estimated under our average weight list)

- Arranging traceable and insured shipments for your protection.

*Note: If your order includes an over-sized item, such as a dog bed, we ask you to pay only for the item(s) and service fee up front.  When we determine the exact shipping cost, another invoice will be sent for such fees.  This is so we maintain the lowest price possible to the customer and not overcharge you. 
 

Sales Tax
Most orders ship outside the United States, so there is NO Sales Tax.  But in some rare cases when sales tax does apply, we use California Sales Tax. 

Insurance
Are U Shopping applies Insurance for all orders to cover against loss or damage. The cost of this insurance is included in your Are U Shopping shipping fee.

Duties and Taxes
You are responsible for all and any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country and for those not included in your total from Are U Shopping, unless you chose to have all duties and taxes included on your order at checkout. If a shipment is rejected by you because of customs clearance charges or gets returned to us due to restrictions your country has in place regarding the importation of the goods you purchased with our assistance, you will be held liable for return shipment and/or all other miscellaneous fees incurred by us that are associated with that return.

Currency
All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. Your credit card, Paypal or bank statement however will show our charge in your local currency. You are responsible for any currency exchange fees and the amount received by Are U Shopping must be the total amount in U.S. Dollars, which was quoted to you.  A currency conversion tool is meant to give you an estimate, NOT a guaranteed rate. You can request that day’s exchange rate with your appropriate financial institution.
